体外氧化应激模型中视网膜色素上皮细胞线粒体DNA的损伤研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,老年性黄斑变性等年龄相关性眼病发病率逐年升高,而氧化应激损伤已被证实参与了这些疾病的发病机制,视网膜色素上皮(RPE)层往往成为这些疾病中最先受到攻击的部位。我们以过氧化氢(Hz0。)诱导建立体外RPE细胞氧化应激模型,对细胞线粒体DNA(mtDNA)损伤进行测量,并通过与细胞存活率、细胞内活性氧(ROS)浓度的比较,分析mtDNA的损伤规律,探讨其与氧化应激损伤的关系。
