补锌对大白鼠噪声性听力损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨补锌对噪声性听力损伤的保护作用。方法以听阈,耳蜗基底膜铺片及免疫组织化学检测为指标,观察大白鼠在稳态噪声持续暴露之前,补锌及生理盐水罐胃30d,暴露后继续灌胃至7d,大白鼠脑干听觉诱发电位分析和耳蜗外毛细胞(OHC)丢失率分析及caspase-9、caspase-3、bcl-2蛋白在OHC中表达分析。结果补锌组在噪声暴露后大白鼠听力阈值明显低于单纯暴露组,OHC丢失率也明显降低,免疫组化结果显示补锌组caspase-9、caspase-3蛋白表达水平明显低于单纯暴露组(P<0.05),bcl-2蛋白表达高于单纯暴露组(P<0.05)。结论补锌对噪声暴露引起的大白鼠听力损伤有明显的保护作用。
