The paper summarized the DSM technology promotion practice of Nanjing Electric Power Company. The detailed contents included making out promotion work scale, indicator system and work flow. The company controlled the work from the aspect of criterion management and performance checks. It also assessed the project benefits, customer satisfaction and customer acceptance degree.
