摘要
结扎大鼠一侧大脑中动脉(MCAO)造成局灶性脑缺血模型,经用电针刺激,研究对其体重、行为、被动性条件反射、血液流变性、脑梗死面积及脑组织病理学指标的影响。结果表明:电针能明显改善MCAO大鼠急性期神经行为症状,显著延长被动性条件反射潜伏期,降低全血低切粘度,缩小脑梗死面积。促进软化坏死灶内新生毛细血管和胶质细胞增生修复,减少坏死灶周围区水肿和炎症反应。提示电针对急性局灶性脑缺血具有明显的治疗作用。
Acute focal cerebral ischemia was produced in rats by ligation of middle cerebral artery (MCAO) on one side. The therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture on focal cerebral ischemia were studied by investigating changes of body weight,behaviour,possive conditional reflex, rheological property of blood,infarct size of the brain and pathology of brain tissue. Results indicated that electroacupuncture could not only improve obviously acute nervous symptoms,prolong the latent period of the passive conditional reflex and lower viscosity of whole blood,but also lessen the infarct size,promote proliferation and repair of the neogenetic capillary and gliocytes in the malactic and necrotic regions and reduce edema and inflammatory reaction around the necrotic region. It is suggested that electroacupuncture has obvious therapeutic effects on acute focal cerebral ischemia.
