远红外蔬菜脱水机输送装置的可靠性设计与试验

摘要 针对远红外蔬菜脱水机输送装置存在的双面输送链板翻板率低,甚至脱落等问题,增设了拨板机构和防脱落装置。试验证明,改进后远红外蔬菜脱水机的主、从动端翻板率分别达到100%和99%以上,链板脱落率降为0,从而大大提高了设备运行的可靠性。 Add dialing mechanism and anti-drop device on the foundation of the available far-infrared dryer for vegetable's part transposition of chain boards can't cross the board on schedule and even drop. It was concluded by experiments that the rate of the improved equipment crossing the board can attain 99% and the dropping reduce to 0. Solve the equipment's existing problem thoroughly, and enhance trustiness of the operation.
