独立换气笼盒与开放环境对试验鼠生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 观察了独立换气笼盒(IVC)与开放环境对实验动物(大鼠及小鼠)生长情况的影响。选用清洁级昆明种、近交系Balb/c小鼠和清洁级SD大鼠在IVC和开放环境两种条件下进行饲养,观察两种环境对动物的体重变化以及长期饲养对大鼠肺脏的影响。在两种试验环境中,昆明种小鼠、近交系Balb/c小鼠及SD大鼠的体重有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),在IVC条件下生长明显快于开放环境;IVC环境长期饲育对大鼠肺脏的影响明显优于开放环境,肺炎的发生率明显减少。分析其原因,可能与笼盒内洁净程度高、氨浓度低有关。 To observe the effects of the growth of rats and mice in Individually Ventilated Cage(IVC) ano open-environment, the sanitary Kuming mice,inbred Balb/c mice and SD rats were selected. The changes of body weights of three kinds of animals and lung weights of CD rats were determined. The results showed that the body weights of Kuming mice,Balb/c mice and rats hade significant difference( P 〈0.05 or P〈0. 01) betwteen the two environments, the values under IVC condition were higher than that under open-environment condition. Rats pneumonia decreased obviously in IVC condition. The growth of laboratory animals under IVC condition was better obviously than that under open-environment condition.
