摘要
从提高轴承套圈冷挤压模具的寿命出发,对W 6Mo5Cr4V2钢的锻造工艺及热处理工艺进行试验,研究了W 6Mo5Cr4V2钢镦拔加工、热处理工艺参数对其性能的影响,最终得到的优化工艺方案在实际生产中取得了良好的效果。
Aimed at increasing the life of cold extrusion moulds used for bearing tings, the tests are done on the heat treatment and forging technology of steel W6MoSCr4V2. The effect of the technology parameters on the properties of the steel is studied. Finally, the optimized technology is applied in the practical production.
