摘要
本文主要介绍了一些企业在通过ISO 9000质量体系认证后,企业和产品的市场表现却不尽人意,在市场上竞争乏术,整体业绩没有明显改善,这些企业对ISO 9000标准和质量认证工作存在认识上的误区。本人对此提出了一些想法和措施,供同仁们借鉴、参考。
The article mainly introduced the market performance of some companies and their products isn＇t satisfied after they passed ISO 9000 quality system certification. They don＇t have proper way for market competition,and the company results still acquire improvement.These companies have the wrong understanding for ISO 9000 standard and quality certification. Here I present some thoughts and measures for reference.
