单色光对脂多糖应激后肉鸡脾脏组织结构及脾细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本试验研究了以单色光为光源,对饲养在不同单色光下的肉鸡注射脂多糖(LPS)后,肉鸡脾脏组织结构及脾细胞免疫功能的变化。结果表明:蓝光组的脾小节直径和脾动脉周围淋巴鞘面积比红光组分别显著增加62.4%和49.1%P<0.05);蓝光可以抑制免疫应激造成的细胞因子IL-1β水平升高,与白光组相比显著降低178.4%(P<0.05);并可显著提高脾淋巴细胞对ConA和LPS的增殖反应,与红光组相比分别高出96.6%和76.3%(P<0.05)。结果显示蓝光可以明显改善肉鸡的免疫功能,并对免疫应激反应具有缓解作用。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of various monochromatic lights using a Light Emitting Diode lighting (LED) system, on spleen histology and splenocyte immune function in broilers injected with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The results showed that Blue light. 1) significantly (P〈 0.05) increased the diameter of spleen node by 62.4% and area of periaterial lymphatic shealth by 49.1% compared with red light. 2) inhibited the elevation of IL-1β and significantly (P 〈 0.05) decreased its concentrations in splenocyte by 178.4% compared with white light. 3) enhanced spleen lymphocytes proliferation in response to ConA and LPS by 96.6% and 76.3%, respectively (P〈 0.05), compared to RL These results imply that immune competence could be increased in broilers reared under blue light, with an observable alleviation of immune stress.
