醒寤晨方与安寐晚方协同用药对失眠大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究醒寤晨方与安寐晚方协同用药对失眠大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的影响。[方法]将动物随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组和西药组,分别于7∶00、19∶00两个时相点灌服不同的药物,采用高效液相法检测不同脑区单胺类神经递质的含量。[结果]醒寤晨方和安寐晚方协同用药能有效调节失眠大鼠不同脑区的单胺类神经递质的含量。[结论]醒寤晨方与安寐晚方可能是通过调节脑内的单胺类神经递质的含量,从而达到治疗失眠的目的。 [Objective] To research the effect combined Xingwuchen prescription(Wake-accelerating morning prescription) and, Anmeiwan prescription(Inducing sleep night prescription) on monoamine neurotransmitter of brain of insomnia rat. [Methods] The animals were randomly divided into control group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group. Each group was infused by oral different medicine separately at 7:00 and 19:00. The monoamine neurotransmitter content in the different brain area was examined by high performance liquid chromatography. [Results] Combined use of Xingwuchen prescription and Anmeiwan prescription could adjust effectively the monoamine neurotransmitter content in different brain area of insomnia rat. [Conclusions] Xingwuchen prescription and Anmeiwan prescription can treat insomnia through adjusting the monoamine neurotransmitter content in the brain.
