20种中草药醇提液与水提液清除自由基活性的比较

Comparison between alcohol and water extract of 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine in eliminating activity of free radical

[目的]测定20种中草药的清除自由基活性,从而筛选出具有较强清除自由基活性的中草药。[方法]分别以乙醇和水作为提取剂,超声提取,采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH)法测定各提取液清除自由基作用的强弱。[结果]金银花、山楂、大黄、菊花的水提取液具有很强的清除自由基活性;金银花、黄芩、菊花、大黄、荷叶、麻黄的醇提液具有很强的清除自由基活性。[结论]中草药醇提液与水提液有较强的清除自由基活性的能力。

[Objective] To determine the activity of twenty kinds of Chinese herbal medicine in eliminating free radical and to screen out the powerful Chinese herbal medicine. [Methods] The alcohol and water extract solution with ultrasound were obtained. The ability of each extract for eliminating free radical was determined by using DPPH method. [Results] The water extract of honeysuckble, hawthorn, rhubarb and chrysanthemum had a powerful activity of eliminating free radical. The alcohol extract of honeysuekble, scutellaria, lotus leaf, ephedra, rhubarb and chrysanthemum had a powerful activity of eliminating free radical also. [Conclusions] The water or alcohol extract of some Chinese herbal medicines has powerful ability to eliminate oxygen free radical.
