水稻沼液浸种时间与浸种方法试验 被引量:8

摘要 采取间隔法及沼液浸后再用清水浸24h连续浸种的方法,在室内条件下设计了48h、60h、72h和84h4个时间段水稻沼液浸种试验。结果表明,所有处理的发芽率均比清水对照低,并随着浸种时间的延长而逐渐减少,其中沼液浸24h和36h后再用清水浸24h的处理与对照最接近,发芽率为84%和82.5%,比对照(86.5%)低2.5个百分点和4个百分点,但秧苗素质明显高于对照。对种子吸水量进行测定和分析后认为,影响水稻发芽率的主要因子是沼液,与吸水量无关。结合种子发芽率与秧苗素质及生长综合表现,建议采用沼液浸24~36h后再用清水浸24h的方法比较适合。 Four different times and two methods soaking in firedamp liquid were used to investigate effects of different soaking time and method on germination percentage and seedling quality of rice. The results show that the germination percentage of all tested treatments is lower than CK (soaking in water) and reduces with the increase of soaking time. The germination percentages of the treatments with 24h and 36h soaking in firedamp liquid plus 24h soaking in water are 84 % and 82.5 %, 2.5 % and 4.0% lower than CK respectively, but their seedling quality is significantly higher than CK. The main factor affecting the germination precentage of rice seeds is firedamp liquid and has nothing to do with the water absorbtion. The method of 24h and 36h soaking in firedamp liquid plus 24h soaking in water can be used in raising rice seedlings.
