摘要
以两种不同单纤线密度的Coolmax纤维为原料织成针织物,对其前处理和染色工艺进行实验研究,分析了影响Coolmax针织物染色效果的因素,说明了工艺要点及注意事项。实验结果表明,碱减量前处理加工工艺是提高Coolmax针织物染色性能和导湿快干性能的关键技术;合理的染色工艺可有效地改善Coolmax针织物的染色性能。
Taking two kinds Coolmax fibers with different filament fineness as raw materials,this paper studies experimentally the pretreatment and dyeing technology of their knitted fabrics,analyzes the factors influencing the dyeing effect of Coolmax knitted fabric,and presents the technological essentials and precautions.The experimental results show that the base deweighting pretreatment is the key technology for improving the dyeing property and moisture transmit and fast dry performance of the Coolmax knitted fabric,and the appropriate dyeing technology can improve the dyeing property effectively.
