摘要
宁波出入境检验检疫局植检实验室在对1批出境的船舶铺垫材料检测时,截获一种伞滑刃属线虫,进行了形态学观察、测量,以及分子鉴定.该线虫属松材线虫组,交舍刺较大,长约35~43p_m,明显大于松材线虫B、xylophilus、拟松材线虫B.mucronatus、锥尾伞滑刃线虫B.conicaudatus、伪伞滑刃线虫B.fraudulentus和B.luxuriosae等近似种的交合刺,与豆伞滑刃线虫B.doui交合刺34~43μm接近,但该线虫雌虫腹面末端有缺刻,而豆伞滑刃线虫的雌虫靠腹面末端有2~4μm的尾尖突.该线虫ITS-RFLP图谱与新加坡伞滑刃线虫一致,但交合刺比新加坡伞滑刃线虫交合刺41~48μm略小,且其雌虫和雄虫的尾均略长,雌虫尾末端多数有缺刻,而新加坡伞滑刃线虫尾末端钝圆,有短尾尖突.该批铺垫材料来自马来西亚,这是马来西亚除莱奴尔夫伞滑刃线虫外发现的第二种伞滑刃线虫.
A Bursaphelenchus species was detected in Agathis dammara when inspecting the exported wooden material on the ship, It was identified by morphological characters, measurements and ITS- RFLP pattern. This species clearly belongs to the 'xylophilus' group with spicules of about 35-43 μm length, which are much bigger than the spicules of B, xylophilus, B. mucronatus, B. conicaudatus, B. fraudulentus and B. luxuriosae. This species differs also from B. doui by the rough female tall terminus. The ITS-RFLP pattern is closest to B. singaporensis, but the spicules are somewhat smaller and the tails of male and female are a bit longer. The wooden material was imported from Malaysia, and this is the second Bursaphelenchus species beside B. rainulfi reported in Malaysia.
