摘要
阐述了基于WEB的煤炭企业物资供应及定额核算系统的可行性和实现方法,并以已实际实现的系统为基础详细介绍了整个系统的功能设计内容和在具体实现过程的各个环节中所应注意的主要问题。
This paper illustrates the feasibility of the managing system of mineral facilities and Quota Statistic based on Web as well as the approach to carry it out. Besides, this paper also provides a detailed introduction of the whole system＇s program and the main problems to be noticed in its implementation on the basis of the applied system.
