摘要
利用厌氧污泥对有机废水进行了发酵产酸试验,考察了一次进料、多次进料和调节系统pH值为酸性等培养方式对系统产酸效果的影响,并确定了产乙酸效果最佳时的pH值。结果表明,在进水COD约为25000mg/L、温度为(36±1)℃、控制系统pH值在4.0—4.5的条件下,采用多次进料的培养方式,厌氧污泥的产酸效果较好,乙酸为主要末端发酵产物,且pH=4.3时系统的产乙酸效果最佳。
Acidogenic fermentation of organic wastewater by the anaerobic activated sludge was studied. The influence of single feedings, multiple feedings, adjusting the pH to acid level and other cul- tivation modes on the acidogenic result was investigated, and the optimal acidogenic pH value was determined. The results show that under the conditions that the temperature is (36 ± 1 ) ℃, influent COD is 25 000 mg/L and pH is between 4.0 and 4.5, a high production capacity of acetic acid is achieved in the anaerobic activated sludge when using multiple feedings and pH of 4.3.
