摘要
目的观察补肾填精中药复方对细胞衰老的影响。方法选用细胞衰老模型W I38常规培养至33代,加入补肾填精复方含药血清作用至40代,观察培养细胞的光、电镜形态、检测SA-β-gal、并用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期的变化。结果补肾填精中药复方含药血清可以促进细胞周期的进程,延缓细胞衰老。结论补肾填精中药复方可以减缓细胞衰老。
Objective To observe the effect of Bu Shen Tian Jing complex prescription on the aging of cells. Methods Cell aging mode WI38 were cultured to the 33 generation, then Bu Shen Tian Jing complex prescription serum was added, and then cultured to the 40 genreration. Observing the cell forms under optical and electron micro scopes, detecting SA -β -gal, and monitoring the cell cycle with flow cytometer. Results Bu Shen Tian Jing complex prescription serum promoted the course of cell cycle, and delayed cell aging. Conclusion Bu Shen Tian Jing complex prescription can slow down cell aging.
