摘要
为了反映各国对SNA(1993)的贯彻执行情况,联合国国氏经济核算工作组先后制定过两套办法——六阶段评估法和范围、概念、质量评估法,联合国统计委员会先后用这两套办法对各国执行SNA(1993)的情况进行了评估,从评估结果看,差异较大。
In order to better and more comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of the 1993 SNA, ISWGNA developed a set of milestones for SNA implementation in 1995 and indentified three mian dimensions that needed to be examined or reexamined in 2004： （a） scope of the accounts, （b） compliance with 1993 SNA concepts and （c） quality issues. The paper introduces them.
