特异观赏桃品种“菊花桃”和“红叶桃”幼树光合特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验以栽培品种朝晖为对照,对比研究了观赏桃品种菊花桃、红叶桃的光合特性。结果表明,菊花桃、红叶桃9:00、10:00时光合速率低于对照品种朝晖,但红叶桃对弱光的利用能力和菊花桃对低浓度CO2的利用能力较强。试验同时对这些品种的光合特性指标和干物质积累进行相关性分析发现,羧化效率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率与营养生长显著相关。因此在菊花桃、红叶桃用于绿化栽培前,在可控CO2的设施中培育壮苗,同时注意通过控温和控湿调节气孔的运动来调节水分蒸腾,是2个观赏桃栽培的关键步骤。 Taking cultivar "Zhaohui" as the control,the differences in photosynthetic characteristics of two oranamental peach varieties "Juhuatao", and "Hongyetao" were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthesis rates of "Juhuatao" and "Hongyetao" were lower than those of "Zhaohui" peach, but " Hongyetao" and "Juhuatao" had strong capabilities to use weak light, and low concentration of CO2 respectively. And the correlation index between the photosynthetic characteristic and the increment of dry weight was calculated at the same time. It was found that there existed significant positive correlations between the plant's vegetative growth and carboxylation efficiency, transpiration rate, stoma conduction. So, it is a key way to plant "Juhuatao" and "Hongyetao" peach in controlled environments where the concentration of CO2 can be adjusted before they are transplanted in urban areas, and meanwhile ,attention should also be paid to adjusting the stoma movement by regulating the temperature and humidity to control the transpiration rate of plant.
