摘要
探讨了1种在采收期筛选优质秦美猕猴桃商品果的方法。结果表明,采收时期,可溶性固形物含量在7.00%以下的猕猴桃,后熟到可食用期时可溶性固形物含量反而最高,V c和可滴定酸等营养指标较好,食用品质和贮藏品质最好。可溶性固形物含量低于7.00%的果实,比可溶性固形物含量高于7.00%的果实软化、腐化完毕时间延迟15、27 d。因此可利用手持糖量计测定可溶性固形物含量来选择食用品质好且耐储藏的猕猴桃。
A method to determine the harvesting time of kiwifruit with good quality was developed. It was found that fruits were in high quality when they were harvested at the time when the contents of soluble solid were less than 7. 00 %. They had the highest soluble solid contents after postmaturation to become edible,other indices such as vitamin C content,titrable acids ,nutrients ,edibility,and storage quality. Compared to the fruits with the contents of soluble solid, more than 7. 00% ,the final softening and rotting durations of the fruits were postpaned 15 and 27 days respectively. In practice saecharimeter could be used to measure the soluble solid contents.
