摘要
利用不同的方法对杉木(Cunn ingham ia lanceolata)进行处理,然后用X射线衍射仪进行检测发现,木材的变异性较大,不同的处理方法对木材结晶区域宽度和相对结晶度影响不同。经Scherer公式和Segal公式计算,并用平均法来比较。结果说明,N aOH、N aOH/微波、N aOH/超声波处理使木材结晶区域宽度增加约0.6 nm,相对结晶度提高约21%左右;微波处理对结晶区域的大小和相对结晶度的影响不明显;而超声波处理却使木材的结晶区域减小约0.4 nm,相对结晶度降低约16.1%。
Great variability in wood crystal properties was inspected by X-ray diffraction, and the crystal region and relative crystallinity of China fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) changed with different treatments correspondingly. By calculation using Scherer and Segal Formulae, the width of crystal region and relative crystallinity of wood, treated by NaOH solution, NaOH-microwave and NaOH-ultrasonic, increased about 0. 6 nm and 21% respectively, and the wood treated by ultrasonic, declined about 0. 4 nm and 16. 1% in width of crystal region and relative crystallinity respectively. There were few changes in wood crystal area and relative crystallinity,when it was treated by microwave.
