摘要
根据黑龙江流域地理位置、气候、生态敏感性等,在构建指标体系基本原则的基础上,建立了黑龙江流域生态环境质量评价指标体系(包括3层结构和28个指标),按生态功能区划的等级体系,通过从上游到下游划分的方法,将黑龙江流域划分成6个生态功能区,并根据黑龙江流域各自生态功能和主要环境问题,制定有效的保护措施。
According to geographic location, natural climate and ecological sensibility of that place, and based on establishing the principal of indication system, the appraisal system of eco-environmental quality was built along Aumer Basin, including three hypo-layers' structure and twenty eight indications. From its upper reaches to lower ones, considering the class system of ecological functional areas, Aumer Basin was divided into 6 ecological functional districts. Based on the functional districts and main environmental problems along Aumer Basin, effective measures were put forward.
