护肾活血方治疗原发性肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on HuShenHuoXue Recipe Treating Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:观察护肾活血方治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将45例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组常规用糖皮质激素等抗免疫抗炎药并对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用护肾活血方,每日1剂,30天为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。激素减量至随访6个月观察其疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:护肾活血方配合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效优于单纯西医组。

Objective ;To observe the therapeutic effect of HuShenHuoXue recipe treating primary nephrotie syndrome. Methods ：45 patients were randomly devided into the treatment grounp and the control group. The control group was given antiod immunoradiomeric and anti -inflammatory medication such as glucoeorticoid, as well as other symptomatic treatment, On the basic of the control group,the treatment group was added with HuShenHuoXue recipe,one dose everyday,30 days as one period ,2 period in total. Results ：The total therapeutic effective rate of the treatment group is higher than the control group. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of HuShenHuoXue recipe combined with werstern medicine treating primary nephrotle syndrome is better than pure western medicine.
