自拟宣肺利咽止咳方结合西药治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效观察

Clinical Effect of the Laryngeal Cough Treated with Xuanfeiliyanzhikefang and Combined Western Medicine

目的:观察自拟宣肺利咽止咳方结合西药治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取门诊病人100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组:治疗组(60例)给予中药宣肺利咽止咳方随证加减治疗,另同时口服酮替芬片1mg,每日2次;对照组(40例)给予西药复方甘草片2片、美沙芬片15mg,每日3次,酮替芬片1mg,每日2次,口服。两组均服用1～2个疗程,统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率77.0%,经统计学处理P<0.05,两组治疗结果具有显著性差异。结论:本法治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效确切。

Objective： in the study,we observe the clinical effect of the laryngeal cough treated with xuanfeiliyanzhikefang and combined western medicine. Methods： We divided 100 outpaticnts into two group at randomly in which are treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ n = 60） was treated with xuanfeiliyanzhikefang decoction combined with ketotifen with western medicine glycyrrhiza combinations 2 tab, Dextromethorhpan tablets 15mg, three times per day and ketotifen tablets 1 mg, two times per day. Both of the two groups went through 1 - 2 treatment course. Clinical two times per day. Both of the two groups were compared. Results ： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0% The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%. That in the control group were 77.0%. The resuhs were statistically analyzed. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： There is a definite effect that xuanfeiliyanzhikefang decoction combined with tablet ketotifen treat laryngeal cough.
