壮医药线点灸配合壮药对甲状腺良性肿瘤的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Benign Tumor of Thyroid Gland by Combined Traditional Chinese of Zhuang Drugs and Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicated Thread

采用药线点灸穴位配合壮药施治治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组临床治愈42例,显效18例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为90%,与对照组比较P<0.05;治疗上以壮医药线点灸法为主,壮药施治为补,良性双向的整体调节。阐明壮医药线点灸疗法成为防治多种临床常见病,多发病甚至疑难病的重要手段,为治疗甲状腺腺瘤新思路提供了科学依据。

Hundred cases of Benign Tumor of Thyroid Gland were treated with Chinese herbal medicine classification and moxibustion acupiont of zhuang medicated. Randomly divided into group ,50 in the control group and 50 in the treated group. The clinical result revealed that 42 cases cure, 18 eases effective, 10 cases marked effective and 5 casese ineffective,the total effective rate was 90% （ P 〈 0.05） ;It was found that Moxibustin of Zhuang Medicate Thread was major in the treatment of Benign Tumor of Thyroid Gland while the Chinese Zhuang Medicine Thread was to become important means to preventing various disease. For example, Common disease, susceptible diseases and difficult diseases etc. The new way of Benign Tumor of Thyroid Gland could provide certain scientific basis for clinical cure.
