药材甲对储藏中药材选择性聚类分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过系统聚类方法分析了药材甲Stegobiumpaniceum(L.)对甘遂RadixKansui、半夏RhizomaPinelli-ae、川乌RadixAconiti等12种中药材的选择性。分别据幼虫发育历期DP、羽化率ER、成虫单雌产卵量NEFI等7项指标聚类,结果显示,药材甲的不同发育阶段对食料特异性选择明显。聚类距离小于10时,卵在半夏、甘遂、郁李仁等药材的聚群上孵化率高;幼虫在郁李仁等的聚群上发育最慢,在甘遂、草乌等的聚群上发育最快;蛹在桔梗、草乌、芸香等的聚群上羽化率低,在甘遂、郁李仁和川乌等的聚群上羽化率高;成虫在甘遂上单雌卵量最大,在胡桃仁、扁豆等的聚群上单雌卵量最低;成虫在党参等的聚群上寿命最长,在当归等的聚群上寿命最短。聚类结果与库房调查结果相符。 The habits of drugstore beetle S.panlceum (L.) fed on 12 CMM (Chinese medicinal materials),Radix Kansui, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Aconiti etc, were analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis method. The CMM were clustered according to 7 indexes related with development respectively. The resuhs indicate that all stages have differential habits on CMM. The eggs have high hatching rate on the group of Rhizoma Pinelliae,Fructus Aurantii and so on. The larvae have the slowest development speed on Semen Pruni. On the group of Radix Platycodonis, Semen Juglandis, Araliopsis Tobouensis and so on, the eclosion rate was not very high, while on the group of Radix Kansui, Semen Pruni etc, it was high. The group of Radix Kansui, only one member, was the most appropriate CMM to oviposit. The longevity of adult was the shortest on the group of Radix Angelica, and it was very long on the group of Radix Codonopsis. The results were agreed with the statistics of investigation in warehouse.
