消疸灵治疗持续性胆红素血症临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect of Xiaodanling on Durative Hyperbilirubinemia

目的:探索持续性胆红素血症的有效治疗方法。方法:选择胆红素血症患者125例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组57例用消疸灵治疗,每个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。对照组68例用常规对症治疗,疗程同治疗组。观察治疗后肝功能指标变化情况和疗效。结果:2组比较,1个疗程后和2个疗程后总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)差异均有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消疸灵治疗持续性胆红素血症疗效肯定,有较好的降低胆红素指标作用。

Objective ：Observe the curative effect of Xiaodanling on durative hyperbilirubinemia. Methods ：125 cases with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into the treated group and control group. 57 cases in treated group were treated with Xiaodanling （ 1 month/course of treatment）, 68 cases in control group were treated with routine method. 2 month later, we observed the function of liver. Results ： TBil, DBil showed singnificantly difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） between treated group in 1 month and 2months. Curative effect of treated group was better than control group, showing singnificantly difference（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：Xiaodanling has quite valid curative effect on hyperbilirubinemia.
