摘要
目的:探讨山核桃的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用极性溶剂法从山核桃叶子中分离提取出石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取物5种提取物,采用MTT法观察其对肿瘤细胞SGC-7901增殖的抑制作用,并采用光学显微镜和电镜方法观察乙酸乙酯提取物对SGC-7901细胞凋亡的诱导作用。结果:山核桃乙酸乙酯提取物抗肿瘤作用最强,并且能够诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。结论:山核桃叶子中有抗肿瘤物质,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor effects of Carya Cathayensis Sarg. Methods : We extract five kinds extracts from Carya Cathayensis Sarg. leaves with light petroleum, chloroform,acetic ether, n-butanol and water. We observe the anti-tumor effects of them by MTT assay. And we also observe the induction of apoptosis of acetic ether extracts on SGC- 7901. Results: The acetic ether extracts have the strongest anti-tumor effects, and it can induce SGC-7901 cell apeptosis. Conclusion: There is antitumorigcnic substance in Carya Cathayensis Sarg. leaves, and it worth of study further more.
