中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

Conbined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treat Therapeutie Effect of the Chronic Hepatic Fibros is of Type B Hepatitis

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合软肝汤抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:将150例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组(复方甘草酸苷联合软肝汤)、复方甘草酸苷组和软肝汤组3组治疗。结果:治疗组治疗前后临床疗效、肝功能的的改善、肝纤维化指标的下降与治疗前及与复方甘草酸苷组、软肝汤组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合软肝汤有明显提高临床疗效、改善肝功能和抗肝纤维化的效果,且疗效稳定、持久,作用互补。

Objective： View the effective of Compound Glycyrrhizin with Ruan Can Tang in counteracting the chronic Hepatic fibrosis of type B hepatitis. Methods： At random put 150 patients of the chronic Hepatic fibrosis of HB into treatment group which use the Compound Glycyrrhizin with Ruan Gan Tang,the group which use the Compound Glycyrrhizin and the group using Ruan Gan Tang. Results： To compare with the prior- treatment,the group of Compound Glycyrrhizin and the group of Ruan Gan Tang, the improvement of Liver function and the decreasing of index in hepatic fibrosis in the treatment group have the statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Compound Glycyrrhizin with Ruan Gan Tang obviously improve the clinical therapeutic, Liver function and the effective in counteracting the Hepatic fibrosis. Furthermore, the curative effect is stable, persistent and complementary.
