摘要
采用活性追踪法研究了蝙蝠葛(Menispermum dahuricum DC.)茎叶的正丁醇提取物及其柱层析分离得到的6个组分(F1、F2、F3、F4、F5和F6)对2种细菌、2种酵母菌和9种霉菌的抑制作用。结果表明,一定浓度的正丁醇提取物对供试的细菌、酵母菌和真菌都有较明显的抑制作用。柱层析得到的F1与F2具有显著的抑菌活性。同时,蝙蝠葛茎叶的正丁醇提取物和F1、F2对食品有一定的防腐效果,可以作为天然食品防腐剂开发利用。
The antimicrobial effects of the n-butanol extract from leaves and stem of M. dahuricum DC, and 6 fractions (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6) from the n-butanol extract by column chromatography against two kinds of germs, two kinds of yeasts and nine kinds of molds were accomplished. The resuits indicated that the extract had antimicrobial effect, and F1 and F2 had strong antimicrobial activities. Meanwhile, the n-butanol extract, F1 and F2 had antisepsis effect for food, and can be developed to be a natural food antiseptic agent.
