摘要 为确定不同浓度的FSH对猪腔前卵泡体外培养的影响,探讨最佳培养体系,比较了M199培养液中3种FSH浓度(0.5、1、2IU/mL)对腔前卵泡体外培养的影响。结果表明:FSH浓度为2IU/mL时腔前卵泡的生长率最高,2 IU/mLFSH与0.5IU/mLFSH相比,在卵泡生长率、成腔率和存活率上都存在着显著差异(P<0.05)。3个处理组腔前卵泡前5d生长率与后5d相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:高浓度的FSH能显著地促进腔前卵泡的生长和腔的形成,且能够提高腔前卵泡的成活率。猪腔前卵泡体外培养呈前高后低的生长模式。 To investigate the role of FSH and study the optimal methods in culturing porcine preantral follicles, different concentrations of FSH (0.5, 1, 2IU/ml) in M199 were compared. The results indicated that the best folliclar growth rate was obtained with 2IU/ml FSH in M199, and there was significant difference between 0.5IU/ml FSH and 2 IU/ml FSH groups in follicular growth rate, antrum formation rate and livability(P〈0.05). The folliclar growth rate during the first 5 days of culture was higher than that during the latter 5 days in the three culture medium groups(P〈0.01). In conclusion, high concentrations of FSH in culture medium can significantly stimulate follicles development, antrum formation and increase their livability. The mode of folliclar growth showed that the growth rate in first days of culture was higher than that in the latter days.
