摘要
以30头温州水牛为研究对象,对每个个体的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)D—loop区915 bp全序列进行了分析研究,结果共检测到14种单倍型,50个核苷酸多态位点,其中出现核苷酸转换48个,颠换2个。温州水牛mtDNA D—loop区核苷酸多样度(π值)为0.0184,单倍型多样度(H)为0.8575,表明温州水牛线粒体DNA遗传多样性丰富。NJ聚类分析表明,温州水牛有2个母系起源。
The complete mitochondrial DNA D-loop sequences, 915 bp in length, in 30 Wenzhou buffalo samples were analyzed. The results revealed 14 mitochondrial haplotypes and 50 polymorphic sites with 48 transitions and 2 transversions. The nucleotide diversity (n value) and haplotype diversity (H value) estimated from mtDNA D-loop region were 0. 0184 and 0. 8575, respectively, indicating rich mitochondrial genetic diversity in Wenzhou breed. The NJ clustering analysis indicated that there were two maternal origins in Wenzhou breed.
