摘要
通过对不同玉米青贮饲料(扶风、岐山、五泉、夹道)样进行酸化处理,研究了酸化处理在防止青贮饲料二次发酵过程中的效果。结果表明,青贮后的玉米pH值与营养成分呈负相关,而酸香味、绿色程度与营养成分呈正相关。二次发酵后,各青贮饲料pH值升高,营养成分(CP、CF、NFE)下降。酸化处理可以显著延长青贮饲料二次发酵所需时间,差异显著(P<0.05),酸化剂最佳添加量为每250 g青贮饲料中3 mL。
The effects of acid treatment in preventing second fermentation of corn silage were determined with different corn silage samples. Results showed that the pH value of corn silage had a negative correlation with nutrient, while the sour flavor and color of corn silage exhibited a positive correlation with nutrient. The second fermentation caused an increase of pH value and a decrease of nutrition value (CP, CF, and NFE), the acid treatment could significantly prolong the second fermentation of corn silage (P〈0. 05), and the optimum amount of addition of acid solution was 3 mL for 250 g corn silage.
