平顶山市肉牛三元轮回杂交生产模式研究与应用

Study and Application of Three—way Rotational Crossbreeding in Beef Production in Pingdingshan City

文章结合当今国外先进的肉牛生产方式,立足河南平顶山肉牛业生产实际,充分利用当地品种郏县红牛和现有大量杂交牛群资源,通过回交试验、育肥试验和屠宰试验三个试验,对杂交改良模式进行试验研究,成功探索出适合本地实际的“郏夏利郏”三元轮回杂交改良新模式,为郏县红牛的保种选育和开发利用开辟了一个新途径。

Integrating advanced international beef production model with current beef cattle industry of Pingdingshan city, using the local breed （Jiaxian red cattle） and existing crossbreds, the backcross test, fattening trial and slaughter experiment were conducted to find out a new three-way rotational crossbreeding pattern which is suitable to the local conditions and paved a new way of the conservation and utilization of Jiaxian red cattle.
