低分子肝素——治疗病毒感染的新希望 被引量:2

摘要 病毒是引起人类感染性疾病最常见的病原体,目前尚无特效治疗药物。近期,我们在研究中发现低分子肝素具有抗病毒感染的作用,它主要通过与病毒结合,阻止病毒与细胞发生黏附,从而发挥抗病毒作用。这将为开发新的毒副作用较低的抗病毒药物提供良好的发展前景。本文就低分子肝素抗病毒感染机制进行介绍。
