摘要
以循环内皮细胞(CEC)作为血管内皮细胞(VEC)损伤的指示物,以血浆内皮素(ET)和前列环素(PGI2)反映VEC的功能变化,对50例不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者与30例正常人进行对比研究。结果表明,UA患者外周血中CEC、ET明显升高(P<0.001),PGI2明显下降(P<0.01),当合并心力衰竭(心衰)时,其变化更加显著。VEC损伤以及它所分泌的内皮源性收缩舒张因子失平衡,可能参与了冠心病和心衰的病理过程。
The circulating endothelial cell(CEC),an indicator of vessel endothelial cell(VEC) injury,plasma endothelin(ET) and prostaglandin I2(PGI2) reflecting the functional change of the VEC were measured in 50 patients with unstable angina pectoris and 30 normal controls. The results showed that in patients of unstable angina pectoris,peripheral blood circulating CEC and ET level were increased(P<0.001), while the 6-K-PGF1αdecreased (P<0.01).The above changes and were more significant in patients of unstable angina pectoris with heart failure. All of these indicated that the VEC injury and the imbalance of endothelial relaxing and contracting factors might play an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and heart failure.
