摘要
阐述了红外辐射干燥的基本原理,分析了红外辐射在谷物干燥中的应用形式,提出了今后的研究方向。
The principle of infrared radiation for drying is introduced. The application forms of infrared radiation in drying grain are analyzed. Its direction to investigate in the future is suggested.
