在没有负片的情况下,要加洗放大原照片是一大难题。利用翻拍机当然可以解决这个问题,但是用翻拍机翻拍时将产生二次聚焦误差,难于保证原照片的质量,为解决这个问题,根据电镜试验室现有条件利用EM电子显微胶片,翻印出原照片的负片,在利用负片就可以加洗放大出保证原照片质量的正片。

It can not be done to print or enlarge the photographs if there is no negatives. It is cer-tainly to do that by the reprintor, but it would make the second focusing error on the film. To print the photograph without the reprintor, the EM electron microscope film is used to be the negative of the photograph and then to reprint or enlarge the photograph by the negative film. The photograph reprinted or enlarged by the negative is very good to the photograph which was used as the original one.
