On the basis of experiences in the practice the author of the paper has summarized some troubles met in operating the photosystem of JEM-1200EX transmission electron microscope and ways of their elimination. The author also gave some instructions and suggestions for correct operating the micro- cope. It will be helpful for the users of the EM to operate it with these instructions and sug-gestions in their scientific research work.
