本文介绍了JEM—1200EX电镜附件,样品旋转杆的使用及故障排除方法。该样品杆的正确使用,将扩展配备侧插式测角计的JEM—1200EX电镜的功能,对于某些特殊样品的观察,可以获得令人满意的效果。
The paper is dealing with the methodogy of operating and trouble-fixing of EM-SRHSpecimen rotating holder, one of the accessories of the electron microscope JEM-1200EX.With its correct application the function of the JEM-1200EX wiht a side entry goniometerwill be widely extended. It's especially satisfied for some specific specimen to be observed with the methodology.
