The expression of macrophage migration-inhibitory factor in HBV-infection-related liver diseases

摘要 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)存在于多种器官的正常组织中,并参与多种疾病的病理形成过程,近年研究发现其在胃癌、肝癌及食管癌等肿瘤组织中呈高表达。本研究的目的在于检测MIF在CHB、重症肝炎、肝炎肝硬化和HCC中的表达差异,探讨MIF参与HBV感染相关性病变的可能机制。
