SLE患者T淋巴细胞穿孔素mRNA及其蛋白的表达 被引量：1

摘要 为了解系统性红斑狼疮（SEE）患者穿孔素mRNA及其蛋白表达水平。检测了活动期SLE患者的CD4^＋和CD8^＋T淋巴细胞穿孔素mRNA及其蛋白表达水平。 一、研究对象 活动期SLE患者组9例。均来自2004年10月至2005年6月在我院门诊和住院的患者。均为初诊而未治疗或因停药（2个月以上）等原因病情活动但尚未再治疗的活动期SLE患者。其中男2例，女7例，年龄17～43岁，平均年龄（27．4±8．3）岁。
