摘要
In present review,the history of microangiopathy discovery and it’s modern concept were introduced and the pathophysiological changes of some vital organs in diabetes were analyzed.The roles of oxidation stress,distur-bances of microvascular functions,microvascular endothelial cell damage,PKC and PPARγ in pathogenesis of diabetic microangiopathy were also discussed.
