摘要
目的:探讨数字化综合X线机及激光照像机进行胃肠道造影检查的临床应用价值。材料和方法:50例病人在同一台X线机上同时进行了普通X线胃肠双对比造影和应用数字化X线机图像后处理胃肠双对比造影,对图像进行分析比较。结果:普通X线机胃肠造影因受呼吸运动、病人转动影响及kV、mAs等条件选择不当等影响,致12例照片质量欠佳;而所有数字化成像激光打印图像清晰度、灰度、对比度均佳,细微结构显示清晰,并可动态观察胃肠道功能。结论:数字化成像胃肠双对比造影激光打印图像质量好,工作效率高,资料便于储存。
Purpose:ToinvestigatetheclinicaleficacyofdigitalX-rayimagingcombinedwithlasercamerasystemindoublecontrastexaminationofgastrointestinaltract.Materialsandmethods:Fiftypatientsaccepteddouble-contrastexaminationofgastrointestinaltractonthesameX-rayma-chineusingbothconventionalanddigitalX-rayimaging.Theimagingsofbothtechniqueswereanal-ysedandcompared.Results:Theimagesof12patientswithconventionaltechniquewerenotsatis-factorybecauseofrespiratorymovement,uncooperativepatientandimpropersettingofradiographicparameterssuchaskVandmAs.Aldigitalimageswereexcelentintermsofsharpnessandcon-trast;besides,gastrointestinaldynamicfunctioncouldalsobestudiedifnecessary.Conclusion:Digi-talX-rayimagingcombinedwithlasercamerasystemcanyieldhigh-qualityimages,withhighpro-ductivityandthecapabilityofstoringtheimages,itsclinicalapplicationindouble-contrastexamina-tionofgastrointestinaltractispromising.
