摘要
目的：研究脑膜瘤瘤周水肿的发生机制及相关因素。材料和方法：结合手术病理观察，分析３２例脑膜瘤患者的ＣＴ资料。结果：ＣＴ所示的脑膜瘤瘤周水肿程度与手术所见的瘤脑界面有关联性，脑膜瘤瘤脑界面有三种类型：光滑型、移行型和侵蚀型。光滑型不伴有瘤周水肿，移行型多伴有晕带状瘤周水肿，侵蚀型多伴有指状瘤周水肿。脑膜瘤的瘤周水肿与肿瘤的发生部位、大小及病理亚型无显著关联性。结论：根据脑膜瘤瘤周水肿的ＣＴ表现可推测脑实质受侵蚀的程度。
Purpose:Tostudythemechanismandpathologiccorrelationofperitumoralinmenin-gioma.Materialsandmethods:TheCTdataof32casesofmeningiomawereanalysedcombinedwiththesurgicalandpathologicalobservations.Results:ThedegreeofperitumoraledemasonCTscanswasrelatedtotumor-braininterfaceobservedatoperation.Theinterfacehadthreetypes:smooth,transitionalandinvasivetype.Thesediferentinterfacesseemedtovaryintheirtendencytoinduceperitumoraledema.Thesmoothtypewasnotassociatedwithedemawhilethetransitionalandinva-sivetypeswereassociatedwithhalo-likeandfinger-likeedemarespectively.Therewasnocorrelationbetweengradeofedemaandlocation,sizeoftumorandhistologicalsubtypes.Conclusion:BasedonperitumoraledemaofmeningiomaasobservedonCTscan,thedegreeofinvolvementofbrainparenchymabythetumormightbepredicted,thisinformationishelpfulinsurgicalplanning.
