双眼多焦点人工晶状体植入术后远期视功能的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨双眼植入多焦点人工晶状体(multifo-cal intraocular lenses,MIOL)后的远期视功能的变化规律。方法对16例32眼植入MIOL的白内障患者和13例26眼双眼植入单焦点人工晶状体(monofocal intraocular lens,SIOL)的白内障患者,在手术后>6个月时进行视力、对比敏感度及焦点深度的检查,同时进行统计学分析。结果MIOL眼远期近视力和矫正远视度数下的近视力≥4.7的眼数为28眼,明显好于SIOL眼(4眼);两组的对比敏感度值均位于正常值范围;MIOL眼的焦点深度为(4.93±1.10)D,明显大于SIOL眼[(3.62±1.13)D]。结论双眼植入MIOL在术后远期可以获得满意的非矫正近视力和矫正远视力下的近视力以及中间距离视力,对比敏感度恢复到正常值范围。 Objective To investiagte long term binocular vidon after implantation of the refractive multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL) in both eyes cataract patients. Methods Thirty-two eyes of 16 patients were implanted with Army MIOL. Another 26 eyes of 13 similar patients were implanted with monofocal IOL (SIOL). The visual acuity, contrast sensitivity (CS) end depth d focus were measured after the surgery among the patients.Results Twenty-eight eyes d the uncorrected near visual acuity (UCNVA) and the distance corrected near visual acuity (DCNVA) of the MIOL group were ≥4.7, it were better than their ofthe SIOL group (4 eyes). The CS was in the normal range in all patients after the surgery. The depth of focus of the patients imphmted with MIOL is (4.93 ± 1.10)D. It is better than with SIOL group [(3.62 ± 1.13)D]. Conclusion Bilateral implantation in patients with MIOL appears to achieve a better outcome in UCNVA, DCNVA and visual acuity than those with monafacal IOL.
