摘要
目的研究细胞周期蛋白D1,E,A在小儿及成人血管瘤和血管畸形中的表达以及在血管瘤增生、消退中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测41例小儿血管瘤(增生期27例,消退期14例)、6例成人血管瘤、10例血管畸形中CyclinD1,CyclinE,CyclinA的表达。结果CyclinD1与CyclinA阳性细胞指数在婴幼儿血管瘤增生组与消退组、增生组与畸形组、增生组与成人组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),而消退组、成人组与畸形组三者之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CyclinE在婴幼儿血管瘤增生组、消退组、畸形组、成人血管瘤阳性表达率分别为96%,57%,0%,0%,婴幼儿增生组与消退组、增生组与畸形组、增生组与成人组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),而消退组、成人组与畸形组三者之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论CyclinD1,CyclinE,CyclinA可能通过促进细胞分裂、增殖作用而在血管瘤的发生、发展及退化过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Cyclin D1, Cyclin E, Cyclin A in the occurrence, development and regression of human hemangiomas. Methods We observed the expression of Cyclin D1, Cyclin E, Cyclin A in proliferating,involuting and adult hemangiomas and VM by using immunohistochemistry. Results We examined The positive cell index of Cyclin D1, Cyclin A in proliferative hemangioma, involutional stage of hemangioma, adult hemangioma and VM. There was significant positive correlation among them ( P〈0.05 ). while differences among involuting hemangiomas, vascular malformations, and adult hemangioma were not statistically significant(P〉0.05 ). The positive rates of Cyclin E in proliferative hemangioma, involutional stage of hemangioma,adult hemangioma and VM were 96% ,57% ,0% and 0% respectively. There was significant positive correlation among them( P〈0.05 ). while differences among involuting hemangiomas, vascular malformations, and adult hemangioma were not statistically signifieant( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Abnormal expression of Cyclin D1, Cyclin E, Cyclin A play important roles in the carcinogenesis and development of children hemangioma.
