Detection on the Expression of PTEN and Survivin in the Lesions of Bowen’s Disease

目的探讨抑癌蛋白PTEN和凋亡抑制因子Survivin在鲍温病发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例鲍温病组织和20例正常皮肤组织中PTEN和Survivin的表达。结果30例鲍温病组织中PTEN表达下调(P<0.001),Survivin的表达增高(P<0.001)。PTEN和Survivin的表达呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论PTEN异常低表达和Survivin异常高表达可能与鲍温病的发病有关。

Objective To study the expression of carcinoma-inhibiting protein PTEN and apoptosis inhibition factor Survivin in Bowen＇s disease. Methods The expression and distribution of PTEN and Survivin in the skin lesion and normal skin were detected by immunohistochemical technique streptavidin-peroxidase（SP） in 30 cases of Bowen＇ s disease and 20 normal skin controls.Results The expression of PTEN was down-regulated in Bowen＇s disease （P 〈 0.001 ）. However, the expression of Survivin was up-regulated（ P 〈 0.001 ）. The expression of PTEN was negatively correlated with the expression of Survivin （P〈0.001 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of PTEN and Survivin may contribute to the oncogenesis of Bowen＇ s disease.
