低温胁迫对水稻再生芽抗冷性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以能够在自然条件下越冬再生的粳稻(WD1)为试验材料,以湘粳2号(X J2)为对照。在低温处理前、低温处理后和低温处理恢复后3个阶段,对2个粳稻品种再生芽中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等保护酶系活性的变化及丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量和细胞膜透性进行测定分析,结果表明:低温胁迫后WD1的抗冷性相关指标优于X J2,WD1主动调节适应低温环境以及忍耐低温的能力较强。 Japonica flee variety (WD1) which could regenerate through winter was used in experiment and Xiangjing No. 2 ( XJ2) was used as the control. Changes of the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and changes of the content of MDA and Pro in regeneration -bud before and after chilling stress were studied; Changes of the saturation of the cell membrane were also studied in the same condition. The results showed: the chill - resistance physiological and biochemical indexes of regeneration - bud of WD1 were better than those of XJ2 after chilling- stress, and the ability of adjustment of WD1 to the low temperature was stronger than that of XJ2.
