摘要
根据当前国内外甘薯的研究和开发利用现状,综合论述了甘薯在淀粉工业、色素工业、医药工业以及菜用、饲用、保健和观赏等各个领域的应用及最新研究进展。
According to the development and the utilization of sweet potato in the world, this paper gave a comprehensive survey of advances and prospects in the research and development of sweet potato which was applied to the industry of starch, pigmentation and medicine, used as vegetable, forage and used for health care and ornament.
